Summer Camp

 

Our Camps are for children aged 7 - 12. This is an all-day camp and drop-offs start as early as 7:45. During these specialized camps, there will be multiple classes throughout the day along with morning and afternoon outside time.

You will need:

A sack lunch

Pillow and Blanket

Tennis Shoes

Water Bottle

Sunscreen

Hat (optional)

 

This camp will focus on Strength, Confidence, and Balance. In the form of acrobatics. In this camp, they will be in a controlled environment and learn how to perform basic parkour movements (the movements of a ninja). There will be multiple classes a day so they can further practice and also build confidence by trying out what they have learned. They will all learn according to their knowledge and skill.

Weapons Camp

This camp we will be teaching the basic uses of weapons! Specifically nunchakus, sticks, even bo staff. We will have different classes throughout the day explaining the training as well as safety while they train. This is a camp that will give them confidence to work with certain weapons throughout the camps.

 

This camp will focus on All of the Workings of 5.0 fighting whether it is in competition or in class. We will be teaching them technical drills in both stand up as well as the ground (jiu jitsu). They will have multiple classes to work on these drills and perfect there timing, as well as gain confidence in the new skills they are learning.

5.0 Fighter Camp

 

Game Camp

This Camp will focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and strategy. In this camp, we will teach them how to play different “gym” games and board games. They will be able to play outside and work on different strategies to bring in a victory. We will have many group sessions to teach them rules on how to play each of the games.
